BioSecure Hospital ERP is a cloud-based hospital management platform built exclusively for Indian hospitals. It combines intelligent software with our in-house manufactured BioSecure Fingerprint Device — giving you a complete, ready-to-use system from day one.
Every other hospital software asks you to "integrate" with a third-party biometric device. That means separate vendors, separate support, compatibility issues, and data sync problems. We built our own device and our software is designed around it from day one.

Step 1 — Scan the QR Code
Open the BioSecure Hospital ERP app, go to Settings, and scan the QR code displayed on the BioSecure device. The app automatically reads the device serial number.
Step 2 — Name Your Device
Give the device a simple name like Main Gate, Reception, OPD, or Ward so it is easy to identify across all your hospital locations.
Step 3 — Connected Automatically
The device instantly links to your hospital account. Staff can now scan their fingerprint or RFID card to mark attendance — no pins, no manual entry needed.

RFID Card Workflow
BioSecure supports RFID card-based workflows for hospitals. Doctors tap their RFID card to assign themselves to patient beds, log activities, and track rounds. The system auto-detects the doctor from the card and opens the activity form instantly.
Register RFID Card to Doctor
Go to RFID Devices page, select a doctor, click 'Swipe Card'. The system polls the RFID reader every 1.5 seconds. When the doctor taps their card, the UID is captured and registered to that doctor's profile.
Assign Doctor to Bed via RFID
In the Beds & Wards page, click 'Assign Doctor' on any occupied bed. Two modes available: Manual (select doctor from dropdown) or Queue (wait for doctor to swipe their registered card to confirm assignment).
Doctor Round with RFID
When a doctor visits a patient bed, they swipe their RFID card. The system auto-detects the doctor, assigns them to the bed, and opens the activity logging form for vitals, medicines, and notes.

Unique UID per doctor. Cards registered via swipe on RFID reader. Can be re-assigned anytime.
RFID Readers
USB or WiFi connected readers. Serial number starts with HSP-RFID, RFID, or RW-. Auto-detected by system.
Bed Assignment
Doctor swipes card → system detects doctor → assigns to bed → opens activity form for vitals & medicines.
